PRENATAL COUPLES WORKSHOP
A workshop designed just for expecting couples

If you like prenatal yoga, you'll love Couples Prenatal Yoga! Bring your partner for a fun experience of partner yoga specifically designed around your pregnant body. The poses you learn in this class will not only be fun for you and your partner, but will also help to alleviate many of the common complaints of pregnancy such as back aches and hip pain.

You and your partner will have the chance to connect and share the experience of your pregnancy in a new way. You'll practice yoga poses side-by-side as well as learning some partnered poses that feel great for both of you! Plus, the yoga poses you practice in class will be a great tool to use during labor and birth. 


No previous yoga experience is necessary.
