My prenatal classes encourage expectant moms to pay attention to their
changing bodies and to bond with their babies. All yoga poses are safe
for both mom and baby as you tone and stretch in preparation of labor
and delivery. Prenatal yoga helps reduce pressure on the ligaments and
lower back, teaches poses for relaxation and helps mom learn pain management
and breathing techniques for labor and delivery. All this while meeting
other expectant moms! No previous yoga experience is required and the
class follows all ACOG guidelines.
